Q: What are the portion sizes for catering orders?
A: We have three portion sizes for catering orders: Small tray serves around 15-20 adults. Medium tray serves around 35-40 adults. Large tray serves around 50-60 adults. Note: These are just estimates. This assumes 4-5 items of similar quantities are being served alongside.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity for catering orders?
A: If the item you are interested in is already being cooked in the kitchen then there is no minimum quantity for the catering order. For custom orders, the minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. For tray items, the minimum order is our Small Tray.
Q: Where can I find the prices?
A: To give you a rough estimate of prices:
Small tray typically serves 15-20 people and the average price for a small tray may be $85-$90. So say you decide to order 3 dishes, you would be looking at spending about $255-$270.
Medium Tray typically serves 35-40 people, and the average price would be $170-$180 per tray. 3 such trays will be $510-$540.
Full Tray typically serves 50-60 people and it's about $245-$260, 3 such trays, you'd be looking at $735-$780.
Note: This is just to give you a general idea of the price. The price may go up or down depending on the item you choose. We typically go over the prices during consultation.
Q: How do I know the size of the trays?

Q: How do I confirm my order?
A: Any order is only confirmed once the invoice is paid.
Q: How much notice do you need for catering orders?
A: Typically, we get bookings 2-6 weeks in advance. But if you are late, feel free to check with us to see if we have enough bandwidth to fit you in. Being early gives you an advantage to cater menu items of your choice. Closer to your event date you may get less choices because we may have already accepted other bookings. In this case, we can try to accommodate if we can or we request you to choose from what is already being cooked in the kitchen.

Q: How can we place a catering order with you?
A: Call or Whatsapp us at +1 425 494 9582 If we have availability to cater for your event, then we can schedule a complimentary catering consultation if needed. We discuss your party theme and make recommendations on items & quantities. Also, answer any questions you have. Post consultation we provide an estimate or an invoice. Once the invoice is paid your order is confirmed.
Note: We operate on a first come first serve basis. That means, while you are in the process of placing your order and in the meantime someone else confirms their order they will get the priority.
Q: Can we make changes to our catering order?
A: Typically we are happy to accommodate some minor changes to the order placed, depending on the nature of the request & how soon you reach out to us. But in most instances, changes are only possible at least 2 weeks before the event date.
Q: Is there a way to sample food before placing a catering order?
A: At this stage it is not feasible for us to cook in small batches along with our usual order volume. So we recommend ordering from our weekly specials. Our weekly specials may not feature items of your interest but this gives you a general idea of the quality and taste of our food items.
Q: Do you provide delivery?
A: Yes. Delivery starts at $20 and we can confirm the feasibility once you provide us with the delivery address. The charge varies depending on your distance from our kitchen.
